Elementary Teacher 

(0.8 FTE, four days a week, fixed contract until June 25, 2026)

 

KCS invites applications from dynamic, collaborative educators who are committed to Christian education, who have the ability to engage students in transformational learning, and who will act as a personal model to deepen students’ understanding of a Biblical worldview and their relationship with God. 

 

This position will begin in February 2026 (date to be determined) and will end June 25, 2026.  The annual salary for a 0.8 FTE teacher ranges from $42,565 to $74,591, depending on teaching experience and education; this salary will be prorated to the start date of the position.

Educational Assistant (casual):

KCS is currently accepting applications for on-call educational assistants.  Applicants with EA certification are preferred but certification is not mandatory.  Applicants must enjoy working with children and must have a skill set that includes flexibility, patience, and perseverance in supporting children with developing learning and/or behaviour skills.  Successful candidates must complete a criminal record check prior to employment. Pay wage is $21.30/hr (uncertified) and $24.61/hr (certified). Applicants will be contacted for an interview.

​High School Athletic Director

(2025-26 school year, part-time flexible hours)

The Athletic Director is responsible for promoting extra-curricular sports in Grades 8-12, organizing volunteer coaches, scheduling, and ensuring timely communication about practices and games with families.  

 

Applicants must be able to work flexible working hours throughout the school year from September 1 through May 15 based on an average of 2 hours per week (75 hours total).  Salary ranges from $2250.00 to $3,000.00 depending on experience and education.​
