STEP 2
Complete the application package and return it to the school. The administrative team will review the information and contact you.
STEP 3
Meet with the Principal for a family interview—ask questions, learn more about the school, and find out about opportunities to connect with the community!
STEP 4
If enrollment is offered, applicants will be emailed an enrollment acceptance form. The Principal will email an acceptance letter welcoming you to the KCS community.
Tuition
Education at KCS is an INVESTMENT into your child, into our community, and into God’s Kingdom!
Tuition fees are determined each February for the following school year based on increases in salaries and other operational expenses.
A charitable donation receipt for tax purposes will be issued on an annual basis for the portion of tuition paid that pertains to religious instruction.
As a certified Group 1 Independent School, KCS receives 50% of the student grant provided to public schools by the BC Ministry of Education and Child Care. The remaining operational costs of the school are funded through tuition. Please note that charitable contribution receipts will be emailed to you prior to the end of February and include a percentage of tuition paid during the previous calendar year.
Elementary and Middle School tuition includes student supplies, some field trips, Middle School Explorer fees and a school t-shirt. Middle and High School tuition includes the use of a KCS chromebook or laptop for the school year, most elective fees, and a school t-shirt. Middle and High School students will have additional fees for graduation (Grade 8 and Grade 12) and some athletic fees (i.e. tournament costs) as applicable.

Families who opt to pay their tuition in full prior to July 31, 2025 are eligible for a 2% discount.
If you enroll your child after July 1 of the school year, your tuition payments are the total tuition divided into 10 equal payments, prorated to the date of enrollment.
